Working with Diana was so easy, seamless and all around wonderful! All of the accommodations she offered to us were spot on…just perfect. We had a very complicated trip traveling from Zagreb to Plitvice Lakes to Knin and then to Split and Hvar with a party of 7! She arranged every last detail and everything was just perfect. It was even hard for me to keep track of all of our travels but she did it seamlessly. I even changed added some things while in Croatia and Diana was able to accommodate us every time. It was unreal how responsive and accommodating she was.
To make things even better, we had the absolute BEST driver, Tony (who Diana arranged). Tony quickly became a part of our family and maintained his warmth, kindness and professionalism every single day. I cannot recommend Diana, Tony and Balmar Experiences enough. My husband and I recently returned from our Honeymoon in Croatia. We cannot thank Diana enough! We had an absolutely amazing time. We loved Croatia and we cannot wait to come back for another visit.
